Returns and Refunds
At K Blue Art Designs, every item is created with care, originality, and attention to detail. Because our products include handmade artwork, custom designs, and digital downloads, our return and refund guidelines vary depending on the product type. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
This includes:

Digital artwork
-
Downloadable files
-
Print-ready graphics
-
E-books, PDFs, and digital templates
All digital product sales are final.
Once a file has been downloaded or delivered, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If you experience any technical issues (download problems, file corruption, missing files), please contact us at kblueartdesigns@gmail.com and we will resend or repair the file promptly.
2. Custom or Personalized Artwork
Because custom artwork is made specifically for each customer:

No returns or refunds are offered on personalized or custom-made pieces.

Before production, we provide proofs, previews, or communication to ensure accuracy.

If the custom item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will remake or replace it at no additional cost.
Please review all proof images carefully before approving.
3. Physical Products (Prints, Merch, and Handmade Items)
For non-custom physical items, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility

Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will Not include any shipping costs.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or item and it is eligible, we can offer an exchange after the returned item is received.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the issue

A brief description
We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
There is no cost to the customer in these cases.
5. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your package is delayed or missing:

We will help file a claim with the carrier.

Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Orders marked as Delivered by the carrier are considered completed.
If an item is stolen after delivery, we cannot issue a refund, but we may offer a replacement at a discounted rate.
6. Order Cancellations
Physical Products

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours unless they have already shipped.
Custom Artwork

Orders may be canceled before work has begun.

Once design work or proofing has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.
Digital Products

Digital orders cannot be canceled once delivered.
